Gender and Violence with Dr Stephen Burrell

Dr Stephen Burrell talks about his work in engaging men and boys in ending violence against women, as well as how the pandemic has exacerbated cases of domestic abuse. The discussion then turns to sexual violence and especially its prevalence at Durham University. This topic has become even more relevant in light of a study that revealed 97% of young women have experienced sexual harassment, and the recent disappearance and death of Sarah Everard.
